What is detachment? How to practice detachment.

The formula for detachment-

Understand what is attachment to figure out how to practice detachment.

To understand detachment, we first have to understand attachment. Attachment happens when we get the feeling that someone or something belongs to us or we belong to someone. It also happens when we expect something of others, situations or objects.

Attachment is a feeling, an emotion generated by the self. Emotion is energy. Emotion is sometimes referred to as energy in motion.

When one feels a sense of attachment toward a person, object or situation, a portion of one's energy is transferred to that person, object or situation. This transference establishes an energy link between the self and the recipient. An emotional bond is created. This gives a sense of attachment to the shelf.

This sense of attachment also creates fear in the self because we have lost a proportion of our energy to another. The self feels incomplete (due to loss of energy) and less confident. This leads to possessiveness. The person who is attached experiences a deep desire to control the recipients of the energies because he does not want his energy to dissipate.

By feeling a sense of attachment, one is distributing one's vital energy to others- persons, objects and situations. Most of us call this love.

The attachment also results when one identifies the self with an act ( doer-ship or ownership). This is called the creation of Karma. The Karmas thus created get attached to the self due to this identification.

The more the attachment, the greater is the fear experienced by the person. All decisions about the objects of the attachment are coloured by this fear. These decisions are, therefore, not based on clarity.

To experience clarity, one must cultivate detachment.

  What is detachment?

Detachment means preventing the transfer of energy in the first place.

Attachment happens when we feel something or someone belongs to us. The understanding that we own nothing, possess nothing helps. The sense of ownership has to vanish. One can think that one is a temporary custodian of things. If we analyse this, we will understand that thinking a person belongs to us is preposterous. A person is, after all, not a thing.

With a person, we can think that we are in a temporary association. The word temporary is important because we usually want everything to be permanent in life, which is an expectation and, therefore, an attachment.

If the association is temporary, we will value that association as long as it last and experience the best the association has to offer. And When It Breaks, there will be no regret or sadness or a sense of loss. This is true detachment.

  Try this exercise for detachment:

  1. Select an object, person or situation you want to detach from.

  2. Close your eyes and examine the feelings that you have for this object, person or situation.

  3. Keeping your eyes closed, imaging calling back all the feelings, one by one, to yourself. Imagine these energies coming back to you and filling the gaps they had left behind in your energy field when you had transferred that energy earlier to the object, person or situation.

  4. After receiving back these energies, check if anything has been left behind. Repeat step 3 till you become whole again.

  5. Open your eyes. You will feel fulfilled, relaxed and happy.

  6. Now recall your energies from the next object, person or situation you are attached to, till you feel complete and whole again.

If you make it a habit to act without a sense of ownership (ego), you would have achieved detachment.

Detachment is not indifference. Detachment means detaching oneself from interpreting another's intentions. Detachment means being neutral to praise and criticism- and the understanding that one does not possess anything. Detachment also means projecting unconditional love to others.

The practice of detachment leads to great inner please which will radiate to others around you. When others feel this peace and radiation, they will ask you how you this state. It becomes a Win-Win situation for everyone.

Recipe for good life

A good life- we need to be sensitive and introspective to be able to decide the right path.

A good life is created by conscious efforts. When we improve the conditions of our roads and make medical assistant readily available, the number of accident death get reduced. Educating people based on a good life helps in making them responsible citizens. These individuals, in turn, create conditions of abundance, peace and harmony in the world. The following seems to be necessary ingredients for a for living a good life:-

The first ingredient is physical fitness. It depends primarily on food, exercise, good sleep and freedom from anxiety and stress.

Honest working is the second ingredient. It paves the way for progress in your career. Work gives us confidence and prepares us to sail through tough conditions. psychologists say,’ The greatest crime an individual can commit in this world is not to use the talents hidden in him.’

Faith is the third constituent of a good life. There are three dimension of faith in oneself, others, and in God. Faith in our-selves gives us confidence, a sense of self-worth and enable us to do work to the best of our ability. Faith in others is required for healthy interpersonal relationships.

Economic sufficiency is the fourth necessary aspect of a good life. Poverty is, without a doubt, a great curse. However, carving to amass wealth is debilitating as well. We should be moderate in our spending. Creative and integrity are superior to money and social status; only the wise one learns the Subtle art of discriminating between wealth and creativity.

Justice is the fifth aspect of a good life. It is fairness in dealings- not doing to others what we don’t want others to do to us. Every situation and every person we meet in life may not be just, but we need to be realistic in our approach. The innate urge in human to love and empathise gives us hope that peace will prevail in the world. When we have love in our hearts, then it becomes easy to forgive and forget. The concept of’ us’ and ‘them’ vanishes; peace occurs naturally.

It is all in the mind- trouble started in the mind and ends there. One needs to be sensible, sensitive and introspective to be able to decide the right path. Can we stay away from the temptations of Fast Food, money and intoxicant? Are our thoughts serene and free from malice? Are we genuine in our dealings with others? The altered state of human consciousness paves the way for an improved quality of life.

Shed your Karmic baggage- face your troubles you are supposed to learn from them so quiet running.

Life’s knots are usually always removed by daily introspection. But what usually happens is that we all run away from ourselves and thus fail to introspect on our problem. Then we turn to meditate and in it, we find a haven to conveniently disconnect from our problems.

I once knew someone who had several family problems and instead of solving them, he tried to find solace in meditation. He felt that it was the best ways she could deal with these problems. I told him that such an approach was incorrect. Only striving for moments of bliss is not what we are here for.

you will end up with stress, losses,  disease as consciousness will not spare you for not doing things the right way. You cannot run away from the lessons that you have come to learn here in this lifetime. Problems can be resolved only by facing them. We have not taken birth to become Gods. Quite simply, we are here to become human; we are not just human beings.

So, my friends, face your issues and don’t run away or shun them. If your child is not performing well in school, don’t whine and complain. Instead, take leave from your work, sit with him, guide him, coax him and encourage him till you know that he is back on track.

Similarly, if you know that you don’t get along with your spouse, don’t ignore your relationship. Take charge to solve the issue. If you find that you are not getting a raise at your work-place, find the reason for this. Then, either you can change your job or change yourself for the better.

Essentially, you always have two choices in every situation- either accept it whole-heartedly with poise or take responsibility to change it without fear.

Let us not do the opposite. Most people, accept their lot with a grudge and are fearful to change it. Know that every single problem you face in your life can be solved. Just as in the second standard, you are given the exam appropriate for that class, so in the final grade of school, you are given a question paper that is just right for that grade.

So, also, life gives you a problem that you can solve. The higher you rise, the bigger are your problems, but then you are also equipped to handle them as you have progressed in life and have enough wisdom to know the right answer.

Lesson we can learn from Sri Krishna's life.

Krishna & knowledge of Gita

In Dwapara Yuga, Lord Vishnu incarnated as Shri Krishna on the Ashtami date of Krishna Paksha of Bhadrapada month. Kansa had terror at that time. Shri Krishna killed Kansa. After this, he guided the Pandavas in the war between the Pandavas and the Kauravas. We should learn to keep doing karma from the life of Shri Krishna.
Before the Mahabharata
war, Arjuna had kept weapons. Because, Arjuna did not want to fight a war against Bhishma Pitamah, Dronacharya, Kripacharya. Then Sri Krishna preached the Gita to Arjuna and explained the importance of karma.

Sri Krishna says in the Gita that-

कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।
मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि।।

You have the right to act only, but not in its fruits.
Because the fruit is in the hands of God. Therefore it is not right to run away from karma nor expect the fruits of karma. These words of Lord Krishna in the Mahabharata period are as important today as they were in those times.

According to this verse, we should not run away from karma in any situation. Nowadays, most
people think about the fruits they get before doing karma. When there is no fruit as expected, there is a disappointment. That is why do work, but do not desire fruit. This is the learning of Shri Krishna.
How will the fruit of karma be received, it should be left to God. People who work according to religion, remember God, they surely get success.

Learning of Shri Krishna: We should not run away from karma nor desire the fruits of karma, the fruit is in the hands of God.

Shri Krishna had preached the Gita to Arjuna, by bringing the things mentioned in the Gita to life, many of our problems can be overcome.

Lord Krishna's preaching to Arjuna in the battlefield of Kurukshetra was said to be the knowledge of the Gita. These policies were sung by God, hence it is called Bhagavad Gita. In this, Lord Krishna taught Arjuna, karma and explained what is the cycle of life and death. In the preaching of this Gita, God also showed his great form in God and announced that he is the doer of this creation.
Out of the essence of the knowledge given to Arjuna in God, there is some knowledge that is useful to every human in his personal life at some time or the other. Some of the main ones are…

•Whatever you become in personal life, you are made with your faith, never doubt your ability.

• Krishna has said to Arjuna in the preaching of Gita, fulfil your duties with dedication and labour.

• whatever happened was good. What is happening is good. And, whatever happens, will also be good.

• Perform your duties with integrity and labour.

• You came empty-handed and will go empty-handed. Therefore, be polite to everyone.

•Shri Krishna says to Arjuna that man should subdue all the senses because the person ,The senses are subdued, its intelligence is fixed.

•Shri Krishna says, do not abandon

the idea of doing  Karma, do not think about fame and badness, just do your work.

•It is better to perform one's own duties imperfectly than to master the duties of other.

•If a person constantly thinks about a goal with confidence, he can become whatever he wants.

•Mind is disturbed and it is difficult to control but if practiced continuously, you can control the

mind

•Nothing happens in life or nothing is wasted. All our good and bad deeds sometimes give fruits.

•We are created by our faith, we become what we believe.

•For those who do not control the

mind, their own mind starts working like an enemy.

•sex, anger and greed are the three gates of hell that destroy the soul, that is, they are going to be taken into degradation, so these three should be discarded.

From the flute to the Sudarshan Chakra, every special thing in Krishna's life was gifted to him, he teaches that others should adopt good things.

The entire life of Lord Krishna is ideal from a management perspective. Most of the things related to Shri Krishna's personality, which were a major part of his life, were all gifted to him. All these things are mentioned in texts like Bhagavata, Padmapuran,
Brahmavaivartpuran, Garga Samhita. The relationship of these things is mentioned in different ways in different texts.

Like, flute from Nanda baba, Morepunkh from Radha. These things are the identity of Shri Krishna. They say that wherever a person can get something good, he should take it out in his life. One should learn the good habits of others, take knowledge and respect the things received from loved ones.

Flute-Sri Krishna had received many gifts in his life and most of the gifts were always with him. Nanda Baba gave a flute to small krishna. He always kept this gift of childhood with him.

Life lesson - The flute is hollow inside, but with its sweet voice captivates others. The lesson of the flute is that we should keep our conduct free from evils like ego, greed, anger and speak all sweet.

Vejayanti garland and peacock feather-When Shri Krishna grew up a little, while doing Raslila, Radha presented the Vejayanti Mala and Morpankha (peacock feather) to the Lord. Sri Krishna wears this garland around his neck and in a peacock crown.

Life lesson - Vyjayanti Mala means the winning garland. Its message is that we should remain positive in every situation, only then success and victory prevail. Peacock learns to show respect for nature. Love should be maintained towards all living beings.

Conch(शंख ) and bow-Shri Krishna came to Ujjain, Sandipani's ashram to study. At that time, a monster named Shankhasura had taken the son of the Guru as a prisoner. Sri Krishna freed Guru Putra from the monster. He got conch from Shankhasura. Which is known as Panchajanya. Guru Sandipani presented a bow named Ajitanjaya.

Life lesson- Bow is a symbol of will power. Ajitanjaya means one who is invincible, who also has the ability to win. With will power, we can do any impossible looking work. Panchajanya means the benefactor of five people. We should help those who do the work according to religion.

Sudarshan Chakra-After receiving education, Shri Krishna met Parashurama, an incarnation of Vishnu. Parashurama presented Sudarshan Chakra to Sri Krishna. After this Sudarshan Chakra  was always with Shri Krishna. The Sudarshan Chakra was built by Shivji to slay Tripurasura. Later Shiva gave Sudarshan Chakra to Lord Vishnu.

Life lesson - Sudarshan means looking beautiful. Shri krishna had killed many demons, eliminated evils from this Sudarshan Chakra. One should keep his personality beautiful. We will stay away from evils, only then our personality can become beautiful.

Eight names of God

The description of the word Krishna in the Bhagavata is black, along with the word Krishna was also said to be the one who gives salvation.

Lord Krishna has many names. But, there are some names, behind which there is some story, anecdote or a different significance. Separate chanting of such names is also mentioned in the Vidhan Shastras. The glory of the names of Lord Krishna has been told in the Shrimad Bhagavata, Padmapurana, Kurma Purana, Garga Samhita and Brahmavivarta

Purana.

Different texts also have different interpretations of names. For example, in the Bhagavata, the interpretation of the word Krishna is black, but at the same time the word Krishna is also said to be the one who gives salvation. There are two Krishna in Mahabharata, one Lord Krishna, the other is Krishna Dvaipayan Vyasa, the creator of Mahabharata. Ved Vyas was black and was born on the island. So, he was named Krishna Dwaipayana, because of dividing one Veda into four parts, he was named Veda Vyasa.

Many such names of Lord Krishna got due to achievements and characteristics of their personality.

Murari-There was a demon, son of Maharishi Kashyapa and Diti. His name was Mura. Mura conquered heaven with his own strength. Expelled the gods from heaven. Indra then prayed to Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna and his consort Satyabhama killed Mura in battle.Mura being the enemy (Ari) of God,one of the names of God became Murari.

Madhusudan-By killing a demon named Madhu, the god got a name Madhusudan. Gods and humans were also very upset due to this demon. The Bhagavata mentions two to three demons named Madhu, who have occurred in different periods. One of these was slaughtered by Krishna.

Keshav-This name is due to the beautiful hair of God. The description of the form of God is found in the Bhagavata and Garga Samhita. Gopis, Sakhiis and Brijwasis address Lord Krishna in many places as Keshava.

Govardhandhari & Girdhari-Stopping the worship of Indra caused him to worship Govardhan Parvat and then to lift the Govardhan Parvat with the smallest finger of his straight hand to save the people when heavy rain fell on  Brij Mandal. God loves both names. In Vrindavan, the name Girdhari, Girirajdhari is used extensively for God.

Madhav-There are two stories behind this name. On one hand, Krishna is named Madhava because of the spring god or the supreme superior of the spring in the seasons, because one of the names of spring is also Madhu. The second story is related to Tretayuga's demon Madhu, who was the king of Mathura. The elder son of this Madhu was Yadavaraj, in whose clan Lord Krishna was later born. He is also called Madhava because he was born in the dynasty of Madhu.

Muralidhar or Vanshidhar- Nand baba gave this name to Krishna because of wearing a flute. Nand baba gifted little Krishna a flute. Which has always been his identity. The flute is connected to Krishna's personality in such a way that the image of Krishna cannot be imagined without him.

Achut ( incredible)-Krishna is unwavering and unwavering in his personality. His image is that of a deity who offers unflinching devotion. He is the only deity who is worshiped together in many forms. People worship Krishna in many ways, including sons, friends, brothers, Gods, husbands, men, warriors, advisors and gurus. He is unwavering in his every form. That is why he has been called Achut.

how to change unhealthy habits?

The secret to personal change is to stop fighting yourself.

Most people want to change something about themselves. We have an optimistic tradition about ‘getting somewhere’ and’ reaching higher’, which incorporates getting somewhere with the self. Change and optimism go together. It seems , in an economic downturn situation, that optimism is lagging but there’s still a strong motivation to succeed, which means overcoming of obstacles. Many, if not most of the obstacles that people face in there rise rise to success, are personal-Which is why almost everyone wants to change the habit, a personality trait, a chronic state of anxiety, and so on.
The problem with personal change is that if you attack your old habits directly, the task is quite difficult. The mind that desire change confronts the mind that is bound by old conditioning. The result is inner conflict, with one side pushing and the other side is resisting. Countless people feel trapped inside this war, whether their goal is to stop overeating , managing their anger, become more assertive, or stop being fearful-The desire to change is not enough, and keeping up the motivation of change soon wear out.
Explore your mind.

The secret to personal changes to stop fighting against yourself. In the inner war was winnable, you do have won it long ago. I am not advising you to give up. Giving up takes you out of the combat zone , but that’s not enough to make positive change. Your brain remains trained to follow the pathways set down by habit and conditioning. This is where the secret of personal change comes in. Change occurs by giving the brain new pathways. Without this new pathways your default reaction will remain in place. Brain wiring is not the same as house wiring. Even if you are wired to overeat or to lose your temper quickly, this reaction can be overridden.
The Process has a few steps that need to be repeated anytime you find yourself having a similar, undesirable reaction.

👉1. Notice what you are about to do.
👉2. Pause, close your eyes and wait until the surge of your reaction quietens down.
👉3. Ask yourself if you really need to react this way.

What you are doing with these steps is bringing in the higher brain, which is the only part that can decide to change and then carry out the change. The part that keeps you from changing is, emotional and impulsive-In other words, the lower brain. The lower brain has quicker access than the upper brain which is why you jump once you hear a car backfire and only seconds later make the choice that you are not in danger. Survival impulses like hunger, aggression, and fight- or- flight are not stronger than reason; they are just faster and thoughtless.

By pausing and expecting the surge to pass, you give yourself time to try to to the items that the upper brain is expert at: considering, reflecting, weighing options, etc. But here comes the tricky part. If you have given into impulse and habit many times, ignoring the choices available to your higher brain, grooves of habit become the path of least resistance.
In a word, the more often the lower brain is favored, the weaker your decision-making becomes. That’s why over-eaters feel helpless to change their eating habit. They are not hungrier than other people; they have weekend their other choices. So your campaign , whatever quite change you're aiming for, is to require back your power to settle on . You must do this over and over. Only repetition can re-balance your brain, allowing stronger pathways to be built and older grooves to wear out. Besides the three steps given above, the subsequent also are very useful:

👉Write down how you feel.

👉Make a note whenever you create a far better choice.

👉Appreciate your good choices and celebrate the very fact that you simply made them.

These additional steps reinforce higher- brain awareness. They reconnect you to your emotional brain and teach it to see that it does not feel good just too overeat , lose your temper or act aggressive. It feels just as good to make a better choice.

Celebration , which many people live out, enforces the positive emotional side of making better choices. When you put all this steps together, they make change possible, not by fighting against yourself, but by adding the fulfillment of knowing that you are the author of your own biography and may turn the plot.

The right way of living

The right way of living. -Find balance in your life Just by living simply.

I have only three things to say: Simplicity, patience and compassion-and with these three, you can go a long way.

I have only three things to teach: Meditate, exercise the body- mind and Live Simply. With these three, your health will go a long way.

Know your lifestyle
Balancing your life by living simply is about simple living, a simple daily routine that involves living consciously and in the moment. Consciousness is about awareness and this ‘Simple living’ process help you to raise your awareness of how you are living your life-and teaches you to live in the Magic of life unfolding.

Here are a few steps to help you alone.

👉Mediate -Give yourself time for deep inner nurturing and nourishing.

👉Find your sweet spot- Go to your’ sweet spot’ regularly. Listen to meditative music. The ancient Yogi’s believe that we have a little sac of Amber Nectar, the nectar of the gods, deep within our brains. The way to connect with our sweet spot is through relaxation and music to raise our body-mind vibrations.

👉Right diet-Dietary control is important in living our life with simplicity. We eat food, which contain the most life force energy, and which feed our body-mind emotions and spirits. Traditionally, vegetarianism suits the body-mind of meditation and yoga practitioner-but life teaches us that not everyone can be vegetarian, vegan, or eat a raw food diet.
Understanding a little about the ayurvedic doshas can
also be very illuminating. Learn about your body and the food that is going to bring you to optimum health. Eating little often suits the body-especially when we are attempting to bring balance-It allows consciousness to flow.
Please refer to my earlier post regarding Doshas-

👉Mindfulness-Be focussed. Be fully aware of your actions through the day, begin at the moment as much as possible. Become familiar with the Seven spiritual laws of yoga-these are beneficial and can give you a daily framework for mindfulness practise.

👉Get inspiration-Try to read uplifting books, watching inspiring videos, listen to beautiful poetry and teaching. The spiritual masters through the ages have always insisted that a dedicated spiritual practitioner attends Satsangs and practises the teaching of Great Masters. This can be an important part of your sadhana, which teaches you humidity.

👉Nourish yourself- Spend some time caring and nurturing yourself. Spare quality time for “Time with yourself”. Ayurvedic self-care rituals are a wonderful way of doing this: For example, make a weekly ritual of self-massage, before relaxation. Investing a little attention, time, money and care in your practice adds emerge immeasurably to the quality of your experience.

👉Daily intention- Focus on a simple and positive goal every day. This will teach you about the power of intention in your life.

👉Express yourself created creatively-Art, music, beauty and writing were all important to ancient Yogi’s because they said that they experienced the thrill of the vibration of the universe through creativity. Universal life force energy is creative energy. Write regularly, if this is your only means of creative expression.

👉Slow down-You can only experience the miracle of life and living, Seeing the magic in life, if you slow down. Learning Pranayama breathing is wonderful for this, as it appreciating your senses. In the yogic meditation, you withdraw your senses to heighten your sensitivity. Life then becomes an experience to be lived and not just something that we have to do.

👉Move- Move your body and mind regularly. Allow the energy to flow through your mind, body and emotions. Make your body-mind a more comfortable place for your soul to dwell in.
Go through these steps slowly, Introducing one step at a time into your routine until your life transforms.

Practise for many years have proved to teachers of yoga that the value of simplicity, practise, time and dedication, work for us very beneficially to enrich our experience of life. Practise may not be easy, but it’s the only way for some of us. And balancing in our life comes when we know the right way of living.

10 happiness points. Why don’t wish to be happy? Here are some guidelines to make happiness your reality.
  1. Hear your body’s wisdom, which expresses itself through signals of comfort and discomfort. When choosing a certain behaviour, ask your body,’ How do you feel about this?’ If your body sends a sign of physical or emotional distress, watch out. If your body sends a sign of comfort and eagerness, proceed.
  2. Live in the present for it's the sole moment
    you've got
. Keep your attention on what's here and now; search for the fullness in every moment. Accept what involves you totally and completely so that you'll appreciate it, learn from it, then let it go. The present is as it should be. It reflects infinite law of nature that has brought you this exact thought, this exact physical response. This moment is as it is because the universe is as it is. Don’t struggle against the infinite scheme of things; instead, be at one with it.
  3. Take time to be silent, to meditate, to quiet the internal dialogue. In the moment of silence, realise that you are re-connecting your source of pure awareness. Pay attention to your inner life so that you'll be guided by intuition instead of externally imposed interpretations of what's or isn't good for you.
  4. Relinquish your need for external approval. You alone are the judge of your worth, and your goal is to discover infinite worth in yourself, no matter what anyone else thinks. There is great freedom in this realisation.
  5. When you find yourself reacting with anger or opposition to any person or circumstances, realise that you are only struggling with yourself. Putting up resistance is the response of defences created by old hurts. When you relinquish this anger, you'll be healing yourself and cooperating with the flow of the universe.
  6. Know that the world “out there” reflects your reality “in here”. The people you react to most
strongly, whether with love or hate, are projections of your inner world. What you most hate is what you most deny in yourself. What you most love is what you most wish for in yourself. Use the mirror of relationship to guide your evolution. The goal is total self-knowledge. When you achieve that, what you most want will automatically be there; what you most dislike will disappear.
  7. Shed the burden of judgement- you will feel lighter. Judgement imposes right and wrong on situations that just are. Everything can be understood and forgiven, but when you judge, you cut off understanding and shut down the process of learning to love. In judging others, you reflect your lack of self- acceptance. Remember that each person you forgive adds to your self- love.
  8. Don’t contaminate your body with toxins, either through food, drink, or toxic emotions. Your body is more than his life support system. It is the vehicle that will carry you on the journey of your evolution. The health of each cell directly contributes to your state of well being, because every cell may be a point of awareness within the sector of awareness that's you.
  9. Replace fear- motivated behaviour love- motivated behaviour. Fear is that the product of memory, which dwells within the past. Remembering what hurts us before; we direct our energies toward making certain that an old hurt will not repeat itself. But trying to impose the past on the present will never wipe out the threat of being hurt. That happens only when you discover the safety of your being, which is love. Motivated by the reality inside you, you'll face any threat because your inner strength is invulnerable to fear.
  10. Understand that the physical world is simply a mirror of a deeper intelligence. Intelligence is the invisible organiser of all matter and energy, and since a portion of this intelligence resides in you, you share in the organising power of the Cosmos. Because you're inseparably linked to everything, you can't afford to foul the planet’s air and water. But at a deeper level, you can't afford to live with a toxic mind, because every thought makes an impact on the entire field of intelligence. Living in balance and purity is the highest good for you and Mother Earth.

Laugh out Loud

👉Laugh out Loud👈

Laughter is one of the most repressed things by society, all over the world, in all ages. Society wants you to be serious. Parents want their children to be serious, teachers wants their students to be serious, the boss wants their employees to be serious, the commanders wants their armies to be serious. Seriousness is required of everybody.
Laughter is ‘dangerous’ and ‘rebellious’. When the teacher is teaching you and your friends start laughing, it will be taken as an insult. Your parents are saying something to you and you begin laughing- it'll be taken as an insult.

Seriousness is thought to be honorable, respectable. Naturally, laughter has been repressed such a lot that albeit life all around is hilarious, nobody is laughing! If your laughter is freed from its chain, from its bondage, you will be surprised-at each step there is something hilarious happening.
Life is not serious. Only graveyards are serious, death is serious. Life is love, life is laughter, and life is dance, song. But we'll need to give life a replacement orientation. The past has crippled life very badly; it has made you almost laughter-blind, just like there are people who are color blind. There are 10% of people who are color- blind. It is a big percentage, but they may not be aware that they are  color blind. The constant repression of laughter has made you laughter- blind. Situations are happening everywhere, but you can't see that there's any reason to laugh. If your laughter is free of its bondage, the entire world are going to be filled with laughter. It must be filled with laughter; it'll change almost everything in human life.
You will not be as miserable as you are. In fact, you are not as miserable as you look- It is misery, plus seriousness that makes you look so miserable. Just do this misery plus laughter, and you'll not look so miserable.
Just look around at life and try to see the humorous side of things. Is not life funny? Every event that's happening has its own humorous side., you only need a way of humor to experience it.
Do you know, no religion has accepted the sense of humor as a crucial quality? We should acknowledge a sense of humor to be the fundamental quality of a good man, of a moral man, of a religious man. And it does not need much looking; you just try to see it and everywhere..... There’s plenty to laugh about.
Seriousness has become almost a part of our bones and blood. You will have to make some effort to get rid of seriousness, and you will have to be on the lookout- Wherever you can find something humorous happening, don’t miss the opportunity; throw inhibitions to the winds and easily laugh with all of your being.
Laughter needs a great learning, and laughter is a great medicine. It can cure many of your tensions, anxieties. worries;, the whole energy can flow into laughter. And it's not necessary that there should be some occasion, some cause for you to be ready to laugh.

I have seen some laughing meditation session; for no reason, people would sit and just start laughing. At first they would feel a little ever awkward that there was no reason- but everybody is doing it.... they would also start.
Soon everybody was in such great laughter; People were rolling on the bottom . They were laughing at the actual fact that numerous people were laughing for no reason at all; there was nothing, not even a joke had been told. And it went all like waves .Laughing, laughing.......
So there is no harm... Even just sitting in your room, close the door and have one hour of simple laughter. Laugh at yourself. But learn to laugh.

Seriousness may be a sin, and it's a disease. Laughter has tremendous beauty, lightness. It will bring lightness to you, and it'll offer you wings to fly. And life is so full of opportunities. You just need the sensitivity. And create chances for other people to laugh. Laughter should be one among the foremost valued, cherished qualities of citizenry - Because only human beings can laugh; no animals are capable of it. Because it is human, laughter must be of the highest order.

To suppress laughter is to destroy a human quality.

👉We change psychologically when we laugh. We stretched muscles throughout our face and body, and we breathe faster, sending more oxygen to our tissues.
People who believe in the benefit of laughter say it offers some of the same advantages as work out. Combining laughter and movement, like waving your arms, may be a good way to spice up your pulse .
👉Some studies have shown that the power to use humor may raise the extent of infection- fighting antibodies within the body and boost the amount of immune cells.
👉Researchers at the University of Maryland found that the blood vessels of people who watched comedy movies expanded and contracted easily. But the blood vessel in the people who watched serious movies tended to tense up, restricting blood flow.

👉One study of 19 people with diabetes looked at the effects of laughter on blood sugar level. After several sessions on humor and entertainment, it was found that the group had lower blood sugar levels.
Laughter is said to be contagious, because people laugh up to 30 times more when they’re in the company of others then when they are alone. Also, people who laugh a lot may just have a strong connection to the people around them. That in itself might have health benefit benefits.
